I was surprised with my room when I was entering as it was so empty, and the bed didn’t make yet. I phoned the front desk, I supposed to have a sofa bed, and why there is no table, and her reply was it was a newly renovated room, so there is no sofa or table😨 Then I ask her to send someone to make the bed, as I need to go to the pool with my son which will be close in 40 mins. She said no one make bed now, and she didn’t know how to make bed, what she can do is offer me a double room down the hallway 🙄 But I don’t have time for changing room, so I requested for bedsheet and I will make the bed myself😤 However, after 2 hours, we’ve done swimming and shower, there wasn’t any bedsheet yet😡 and I have to queue downstairs at the front desk for 15 mins to ask them again. What a horrible experience to stay at this hotel, I would like to ask for refund if it is possible

The location was ideal for the 2 nights of our traveling plans. I didn't like the smell as you walked in because the pool is located right there! I've never seen that before. I found it too noisy because of some other guests and the walls were not sound proof enough because you could here every time the plumbing was being used. There was also construction being done on the restaurant that wasn't advertised that led to the breakfast on our 1st morning to be canceled. That ****** because that is one of the reasons we chose this hotel along with the pool that was closed on our last night!.
